1. How to Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your order confirmation and a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to track your shipment’s progress.
Step 1: Find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Step 2: Visit the relevant shipping carrier’s website (depending on the carrier used for your order).
Step 3: Enter your tracking number on the carrier's tracking page to view your order’s current status.

3. Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
Your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive the shipping confirmation email for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.
4. What If I Can’t Find My Tracking Number?
If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email or can’t locate your tracking number, don’t worry! Just contact us at support@drund.shop, and our customer support team will help you track down your order.
5. Order Status Information
When you track your order, you may see different statuses that show where your package is in the delivery process, such as:
- In Transit: Your order is on its way to your delivery address.
- Out for Delivery: Your package is scheduled to arrive today.
- Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered to the provided address.
- Returned: If there’s an issue with the delivery (e.g., incorrect address), the package may be returned to us.
6. What If My Order is Delayed or Lost?
